Piping Designer - Entry Level
Titan Delta Houston is looking for an entry-level Piping Designer with less than 5 years of experience. In close cooperation with the engineering team, the Piping Designer will produce detailed drawings, including as-builts, schematics and flow diagrams, P&IDs and piping drawings. Titan Delta Houston is looking for an entry-level Piping Designer with less than 5 years of experience. In close cooperation with the engineering team, the Piping Designer will produce detailed drawings, including as-builts, schematics and flow diagrams, P&IDs and piping drawings. - Assist senior designers drafting and 3-D modeling from rough design sketches and design standards.
- Assist senior designers by drafting or extracting drawings from 3-D models.
- Make drawing and 3-D model changes, corrections and modifications as directed by senior designers.
- Design components or portions of systems and modify existing designs to develop or improve them.
- Use computer-aided design equipment and/or graphic tools to gather information, make studies, perform calculations, and prepare original rough layouts and sketches to present design proposal.
- Provide support to a project in all aspects of piping design and layout.
- Experience with Plant 3-D, experience with PDMS and CADWorx a plus.
- Previous work experience in oil and gas industry is preferred.
